I work with adults and older adults.  I primarily work from a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model; however I incorporate other treatment modalities as appropriate for individual clients, including Acceptance and Commitment Thearpy (ACT), psychodynamic, narrative, and solution focused brief therapy.

Using simple techniques, including how to calm a busy mind, mindfulness strategies, relaxation training, distraction exercises, teaching simple breathing exercises, how to balance unhelpful thoughts and planning for setbacks can have a hugely positive impact with people suffering mild to moderate symptomology. 

In addition to working with clients myself I have a number of other clinicians working with me in the areas of pain and trauma, providing general psychological services for ACC clients.


My hours of business are Monday to Friday, 8.00 until 5.00 pm.  Clinic hours are 8.00 until 4.00 pm, in general.
